As Head of Consumer Communications at Andermatt Swiss Alps, you will be responsible for leading and executing the global Public Relations strategy across lifestyle and real estate sectors, with the primary goal of raising awareness and enhancing the perception of Andermatt Swiss Alps and its diverse offerings. You will drive international Public Relations initiatives and ensure a coherent and effective presence in key markets worldwide.

Your contribution to our success
- Develop and implement a comprehensive international PR strategy for lifestyle and real estate sectors. This in close co-operation with the CMO to align PR initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives
- Lead PR efforts in key international markets, tailoring strategies to resonate with diverse cultural and market-specific nuances
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier international media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders in the lifestyle and real estate sectors
- Drive PR campaigns that highlight the unique offerings of Andermatt Swiss Alps, including its luxury lifestyle, hospitality, and real estate developments
- Position Andermatt as a prime Alpine destination for both high-end living and leisure, enhancing its visibility in relevant international markets
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials that align with the brand's image and messaging
- Establish KPIs for PR activities and regularly assess the impact of PR campaigns on brand awareness and perception
- Responsible for coordinating communication with our real estate owners
- Lead on the design and production of our bi-annual lifestyle publication ‘The Andermatter’
- Manage and mentor a team of two, ensuring effective execution
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities to expand market reach and enhance brand presence
What you bring in
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of successful international PR experience, with a strong background in lifestyle (Luxury hotel industry, Destinations) or real estate sectors is a must
- Proven track record of successfully leading PR campaigns in multiple international markets
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams to excellent performance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align PR initiatives with overall business goals
- Extensive network of international media contacts and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists and influencers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Who we are
Andermatt Swiss Alps, located in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt, with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also owns the hotels The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen, an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course and the Andermatt Concert Hall. A close partnership is in place with Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG and its majority shareholder Vail Resorts, Inc.
